2. How many units on a truck?

It depends on what you’re buying, and the mill. In general, you can estimate 12-14 units of 4’x 8’ 7/16" OSB per truckload. With thicker products, you will get fewer units before the truck is full. With thinner products, you may get more.

3. Are these exact quantities I'm seeing?

No. The number of units per truck and number of pieces per unit you see on OSBMarket are approximate and may not match the quantity loaded by our source mills and storage facilities. Variance might be 10% or more, and usually due to load restrictions. The final tally will be on your final invoice, which will be reconciled with the bill of lading for your load.

4. Can I mix different products on one load?

Yes. However, the products must be delivered to the same location (selected from the same delivery region), and must originate at the same mill or storage facility. Also, you cannot mix products from different manufacturers.

5. How is shipping calculated?

Prices on OSBMarket are delivered to the metropolitan area shown in the list of locations. To find out if your location is in our delivery zone, click here.

6. What about taxes?

Taxes, if applicable, are not included in product prices or price totals on OSBMarket product pages, checkout, or confirmations. Taxes will be shown on the final invoice you receive after your product has shipped.

7. When will my truckload arrive?

Any shipping dates we show on OSBMarket are our best estimates and only approximate. After you complete your order, a customer service representative will contact you with delivery details. If you have special delivery requirements, please make a note on your order.

8. When will I receive an invoice?

You will receive a final invoice from the supplier after your order has shipped.

9. What if my preferred mill is not shown?

If you do not see your preferred manufacturer or mill on OSBMarket, we still may have their product available for you. Please call 866-809-8101 or contact us.

10. Can I mix and match products from several suppliers?

No. Each supplier fulfills OSBMarket orders directly so each order can only go to a single supplier.

11. Can I buy more than one truckload?

Yes. You may order multiple trucks on a single order.

12. Is there a minimum order?

No, however, our customers are generally industrial accounts, manufacturers who order in wholesale quantities (flatbed trailer truckloads and railcars). If you want only a few sheets of OSB for a small project, your best bet is a local retailer.

13. I'm a new customer. Where do I start?

You must be an approved buyer to purchase on-grade OSB on OSBMarket. Click here to submit your request to become an approved buyer from one or more supplier(s).
